Questions
Why two tiers?
Different users have different needs. Hosted is for everyone who'd rather not deal with infrastructure. Self-hosted is for developers who want full control.
Is Atticus Fin open source?
The full source code is publicly readable on GitHub under the Fair Source License (FSL-1.1-Apache-2.0). You can self-host, modify the code, contribute back, and use it freely for personal purposes. Commercial use that competes with Atticus Fin is restricted for two years, after which the license automatically converts to Apache 2.0. This is the same license used by Sentry. Learn more at fsl.software.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, anytime.
Is this an investment advisor?
No. Atticus Fin provides general financial information about your own transactions and runway. It is not registered as an investment adviser and does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
How do I cancel?
Delete your account in settings. No retention questions, no friction.
