1. Acceptance of terms

By using Atticus Fin, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service description

Atticus Fin provides general financial information about your own transactions and runway via SMS and a web interface. We are not a registered investment adviser. We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not manage money on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Atticus Fin. You must have a US phone number capable of receiving SMS.

4. Account registration

To use Atticus Fin, you provide your phone number and verify it via one-time passcode. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. SMS messaging program

Program name: Atticus Fin

Description: Personal finance notifications, two-factor authentication codes, and responses to questions.

Message frequency: Variable, typically 1–15 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for support.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most other US carriers.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use Atticus Fin for any illegal purpose; attempt to reverse engineer or extract data from the service; impersonate another person; abuse the SMS interface (spam, harassment, etc.); attempt to interfere with the service.

7. Financial information disclaimer

Atticus Fin provides general financial information, not personalized financial advice. We are not financial advisors, tax professionals, or attorneys. Information provided by Atticus Fin should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions. We recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor for personalized advice. Past performance does not predict future results.

8. No liability for decisions

Onuska Industries LLC is not liable for any financial decisions you make based on Atticus Fin's observations. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

9. Service availability

Atticus Fin is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that any specific results will be achieved.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onuska Industries LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Atticus Fin is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to users at least 30 days in advance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
